What is Rozerem?
Rozerem is a type of drug known as a melatonin receptor agonist. It acts like melatonin, a natural substance in the body that helps regulate your sleep. Taking Rozerem can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night.
How do I take Rozerem?
Take Rozerem with or without food, about half an hour before you want to go to sleep. Do not use this medication unless you have time to sleep for at least 7 hours. Avoid eating a high-fat meal before taking this medication, as fat affects the way your body processes the drug.
Before taking Rozerem, tell your doctor if:
- You are allergic to any ingredients in Rozerem or any other medications
