Acetazolamide comes in capsule and tablet form, and an extended-release tablet(as the brand name drug Diamond Sequels) to be taken by mouth as directed by your doctor. 

How do I use Acetazolamide?

Dosage of Acetazolamide varies depending on the condition being treated. Consult with your doctor for specific dosage and use information for this drug for the treatment of your condition.

Before using Acetazolamide, tell your doctor if:

  • You are allergic to Acetazolamide or to any other medications
